Modern Slavery Statement for Imaginate Creative Limited
Financial Year Ending: January 2026
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Imaginate Creative Limited has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chains.
1. Our Business
Imaginate Creative Limited is a creative design and branding agency based in the UK. We provide design, branding, and marketing solutions for clients across various sectors. Our team is small and operates primarily from our office in Leamington Spa and remotely, working with a range of suppliers and contractors to deliver services.
2. Our Commitment
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
3. Supply Chains
As a small business, our supply chain is relatively straightforward and includes freelance creatives, software providers, office suppliers, and professional service providers. While the risk of modern slavery in our direct supply chain is low, we remain vigilant and take reasonable steps to ensure our suppliers uphold the same ethical standards.
4. Policies and Due Diligence
Although we are not legally required to produce a Modern Slavery Statement, we voluntarily take the following steps:
We only work with suppliers and contractors who are reputable and who we believe share our commitment to ethical business practices.
Where possible, we seek to work with UK-based suppliers who are subject to UK labour laws.
We expect all staff, freelancers, and suppliers to report concerns related to modern slavery or unethical practices, and we are committed to investigating and addressing any such concerns.
5. Risk Assessment
Given the nature of our business and supply chain, we assess the risk of modern slavery as low. However, we remain aware that risks may exist deeper within extended supply chains (e.g., in the production of electronic equipment or apparel). As we grow, we intend to strengthen our due diligence processes and expand our supplier assessments accordingly.
6. Training and Awareness
Due to our small size, we do not currently run formal training on modern slavery. However, we ensure that team members are aware of the issue and understand the importance of ethical conduct in all business operations.
7. Looking Ahead
Imaginate Creative Limited is committed to continual improvement in our approach to combating modern slavery. As we expand, we will review and enhance our policies and practices to ensure we maintain ethical standards throughout our operations and supply chains.
